Nick Jonas to host talk show?

Nick Jonas Ponders His Own Talk Show After Hosting 'Regis And Kelly'Sure the Jonas Brothers aren’t breaking up, but that doesn’t mean that Nick Jonas isn’t mulling other career options in addition to his already flourishing acting and music careers. So, when he co-hosted “Live with Regis and Kelly” earlier this month he got the chance to try a talk show host hat on for size.
But, as it turns out it didn’t fit him just yet. “I thought about getting my own talk show before. I think it’d be fun. I think that ['Regis and Kelly'] was a good test and let me know that maybe I’ll stick to music,” he told MTV News earlier this month about the possibility of hosting his own show. “I had a great time and people said I did alright, but it definitely was a little bit out of my element. I had a great time and it was an honor they asked me to be apart of it.”
Nick admits that he didn’t feel comfortable right off the bat, but working with such a professional as Kelly Ripa is made it a lot easier for the teen star. “Just the beginning of show [was a little hard] — that first segment [and] feeling like I’ve never done anything like that before,” he said. “But she made me feel very comfortable and it was great.”
